Slaughter Floor Efficiency– Discover practical ways to improve efficiency, employee safety, and carcass quality on the slaughter floor. This session will cover current rules and regulations, stunning methods, knock boxes, hide pullers, hog skinners, skinning knives, and how the right equipment and techniques can reduce labor costs while increasing productivity and profitability.

This hands-on session will cover cut sheets and processing software, plant flow, the “Touch Once” philosophy, trimmers vs. knives, grinding techniques, value-added cutting options, wrapping and packaging methods, and labeling strategies that enhance product presentation, streamline production, and help your business stand out from the competition.
