2026 Convention Supplier Information

If you’re a supplier, please use this form to submit and pay your 2026 membership dues and sign up for the convention on April 9-11th. The form includes all of the options that are explained below. Please email sdmeatprocessors@gmail.com with any questions!

Join us for a pre convention workshop. Details are still TBD

Registration

Where: The Lodge at Deadwood Pine Crest Ballroom Hall

When: 8-11 am Friday

If you cannot make these hours, call Stephanie at 720-745-9205 and she will bring your registration packet to the Supplier Hall.

Exhibit Hall Setup

When: Exhibitors can set up at 8am-3pm on Friday (there are overhead doors to bring in equipment)

Where: The Lodge at Deadwood Pine Crest Ballroom

Details: All Booths will have Pipe and Drape, Table, 2 Chairs and the Suppliers Name on the Booth

Exhibit Hall Hours

Friday 3:30-6pm-A complimentary keg is provided with thanks to our generous sponsors.

Saturday 10am-12pm

Exhibit Hall Tear-down

When: Saturday 12pm

Sponsorship Levels

Platinum: $750 or More (Includes Advertising in Convention Booklet)

Gold: $749-$500

Silver: $499-$200

Scholarship Fund & Silent Auction

Please consider donating an item to our scholarship fund silent auction.

All items may be given to Stephanie during set-up on Friday morning.

All items will be displayed in the exhibit hall.

On Saturday you have the option to give away an item from your booth. The winners will be announced and will have to come to your booth to claim their prize.

Once you’re registered, a more detailed schedule will be emailed to everyone as the information becomes available.
