2026 Convention Supplier Information

If you’re a supplier, please use this form to submit and pay your 2026 membership dues and sign up for the convention on April 9-11th. The form includes all of the options that are explained below. Please email sdmeatprocessors@gmail.com with any questions!

A block of rooms is not available at the Sheraton due to the PBR Rodeo—Call ASAP for availability.

Thursday

Join us for a hands-on pre-convention workshop focused on modern beef fabrication techniques designed to sharpen skills and increase processing efficiency.  The location has not been determined.  If you have a piece of equipment you would like to demonstrate that works with beef and pork fabrication–Please contact Stephanie at 720-745-9205

 

Registration

Where: Denny Sanford Premier Center, Main Hall Revir Room

When: 8-11 am Friday

If you cannot make these hours, call Stephanie at 720-745-9205 and she will bring your registration packet to the Supplier Hall.

Exhibit Hall Setup

When: Exhibitors can set up at 8am-4pm on Friday

Where: Denny Sanford Premier Center Revir Room

Details: All Booths will have Pipe and Drape, Table, 2 Chairs and the Suppliers Name on the Booth

Friday 4-6pm-A complimentary keg is provided with thanks to our generous sponsors.

Saturday 10am-12pm

Exhibit Hall Tear-down

When: Saturday 12pm

Sponsorship Levels

Platinum: $500 or More (Includes Advertising in Convention Booklet)

Gold: $499-$250

Silver: $249-$100

One Supplier is Needed for $750 Sponsorship to help supplement the Meal Prices. This supplier will receive all of the Platinum Benefits Plus Exclusive Advertising at the Banquet and on the Email Blasts.

 

Scholarship Fund & Silent Auction

Please consider donating an item to our scholarship fund silent auction.

All items may be given to Stephanie during set-up on Friday morning.

All items will be displayed in the exhibit hall.

On Saturday you have the option to give away an item from your booth.  The winners will be announced and will have to come to your booth to claim their prize.

Once you’re registered, a more detailed schedule will be emailed to everyone as the information becomes available.
